Please join us for our first event of the season

Friday, October 26            7:00 pm to 9:00 pm

THEME : Defeating The All Mighty! Stories of Courage and Strength

TELLERS: Melanie Ray, Kira Van Deusen and Philomena Jordan.

– A storytelling circle will follow. Everyone is welcome to tell a very short story, maximum 5 minutes in length.

Note: You are invited to put in a request to tell one of the longer stories. Circle stories do not require advance notice.

– Then at 8:30 you’re invited to stay for tea and treats and conversation.   

Bring a treat to share if you wish.

LOCATION: The Centre for Peace

1825 W 16th Ave, Vancouver, BC.   This is just west of Burrard Street.

  • Parking is available in their parking lot, directly west of the building and on Burrard Street after 6:00 pm.
  • The #33 bus travels along 16th Avenue for a lot of it’s journey between 29th Avenue Station and UBC. The bus stop going west is right outside the door, going east it is across the street.

To get there, the bus runs every 12 – 15 minutes; leaving it runs every ½ hour.
